The planetary is located in the neigbourhood fo Palermo (-34.56972222, -58.41166667). It's a very nice place to visit and be close to the stars. Inside the planetary there are shows for adults and children. You can buy the tickets online on the offial plantery (planetario) web page or you can buy the tickets the ticket office in the planetary. Be aware that you need to buy the tickets in advance since they are usually sold out. Ticket office is open from Tuesday to Frude from 9am to 5pm and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 12pm to 7:30pm. Kids show are played on Saturday, Sunday and Holidays at 3:30pm and 5:30pm only. The price of tickets is $120 pesos (4,3usd), for children under 6 years is free.


The planetary also has a museum. Inside the museum you can enjoy and experiment with technology and it may surprise you. You will learn about technology advances and scientific research about space. The museum visits are from Tuesday to Frudat at 11:30am, 3:30pm, 4:30pm and Saturday, Sunday and Holidays at 2:00pm, 4:00pm, 6:00pm and 7:00pm. Museum ticket cost $50 (1.8usd).

Watch stars for free

Planetary allows people to watch starts using telescopes for free on Saturdays and Sndays from 7:00pm to 8:30pm, but it also depends on the weather.

Planetary lights

You can also see a light show for free from Monday to Friday from 9:00pm up to 12:00am. The lights show repeats every hours. For the weekends the light shows could start at 10:00pm, since there is the "watch for the starts" event. If you don't want to visit the museum or the Show, we recommend to go there one day at night to watch the lights show!.
